I'm running the British 10K run for the Motor Neurone Disease Association!
Just a quick post as I will be doing a 'normal' blog post later this week...
I just wanted to tell you that myself, my mum and her partner have signed up to do the British 10k run in London on the 13th of July this year.
We are all running for an amazing charity called the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). For those of you that don't know much about the disease or the charity, lots of information can be found on their website which you can access by clicking here.
Just to give you some info, the MNDA are a charity that promote and fund research into treatments for MND and eventually a cure. They also help to support those who are suffering from the disease by enabling them to receive the best care and quality life and also help support those caring for them.
I have set up a button for my just giving page which you should be able to see on the right, but you can also click here. I would be truly grateful if you could all take a look at my page and read up on what it is that we're doing and what the charity is all about. If you can donate (which by no means I expect any of you to as its mostly about raising awareness) that would be even more fantastic.
Thankyou for taking the time to read this post, It really does mean a lot. As always please leave a comment below, It would be great to hear your thoughts etc etc.
